Shipping and Returns

 

 

Orders process and ship out within 3 business days. (M-F) 

Due to our fast shipping turn around time once orders are placed there are no address or cancellations.

International orders will have additional tax/tariff determined by the country. 

Items purchased online are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Delivery date will be based on tracking once your tracking says delivered count up to 10 days after.

Email customer service or fill out the website form to get detailed return instructions.

Customers will be responsible for all additional return shipping charges.

Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags. Free of smells stains this includes perfumes, deodorant, smoke etc.

Once we receive your return please allow up to 7 days for us to inspect it at that point a email will be sent out with a return notification to your original payment method. Credit back to your bank account usually takes 3-5 business days. 

For lost or stolen packages we will NOT be responsible for. If tracking says delivered you must contact the shipping courier to file a claim.
