We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!

JADEN'S BRAND suppliers follow a 30-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 10 days from when the item was received. The supplier will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 30 days of the item being received. Customers will contact the retailer with any requests for return.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
